📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods (festive sales, special offers), processing time may extend by 1–2 additional working days.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time (TAT)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

🏙 Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.)

  • 3–5 Working Days after dispatch.

🌆 Tier 2 / Non-Metro Cities

  • 4–7 Working Days after dispatch.

🌄 Remote / Rural Areas

  • 5–9 Working Days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most serviceable pincodes.

  • In rare cases, we may contact you for order confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

📲 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.
